Great burger, it has a nice crust on the patty and a soft delicious bun, great pickles and the fries are fantastic. The only thing I found that was kind of a disappointment was the chocolate shake, it was just flat and one note, a Wendy's frosty is better. Pricing was typical for Vegas, overpriced, but a solid burger and nice clean restaurant.

I never had shake shack until we went to Vegas last week. First I'll say I can't judge the burger because no we didn't eat them... but my family did & they loved their burgers. However, I did get fries & my husband got cheese & bacon fries. Those were good along with their shakes of course... we had to try. The location & ambiance of this location is great. At the NYNY on the corner of the Park & across from the Coca Cola store & M&Ms. It's a Great cheap location to stop & just relax & grab a quick bite! I can't comment on service because it's very self-ordering there. Order on the tablets, pay there, & get your own drinks. Only time I saw them interact with people is when they call your order, & when they checked a few people's ID because they looked a little too young for their spiked lemonade.

This is our 1st visit. There were 4 machines so you can place your order. I had difficulty using the machine so I went to order with an employee. They were pretty business around 12:15 pm. 1 employee called out your name for your order. Shroom burger was medium well with 1 piece of onion ring which gave a good taste. Cheese fries were crispy. Chocolate custard and chocolate shake tasted the same but shake was thicker. I will definitely come here again.

Solid prices, great food. They seemed to be focusing on service and asked for us to fill out a survey so seems like a big thing. I ordered the double burger and added pickles. Was so good. Exactly what you'd expect. Super salty and cheesy in a good way. I stole a fry from my friend and they were nice and crispy. Compared to other options in hotels and on the strip, it's a good, tasty, affordable option.

Visited Shake Shack located outside New York-New York Casino in Las Vegas, and despite the bustling crowd, the experience was worth it! Waited about 20 minutes to order - opted for Cheese Burgers, protein burger, crinkle cut fries, and chicken nuggets. Burgers were fresh and tasty, chicken nuggets crispy outside and moist inside. Standard crinkle cut fries. Fast service even during peak hours, ample seating, and diligent cleaning. Prices on the higher side, perhaps due to the prime Las Vegas Strip location. This location's entrance is outside at the corner of the New York New York hotel, right across from MGM. I've stopped by here the last few times that I've visited Las Vegas and it has always been moderately busy, however, the wait time is bearable. On this particular visit, I tried two new things: Shack Stack Burger & Bacon Cheese Fries as opposed to what I normally order: ShackBurger. The Shack Stack Burger was pretty much the same as a ShackBurger except it had a big deep-fried mushroom inside of it, which was delicious. The cheese fries tasted exactly how they looked which isn't a bad thing but isn't exciting either -- Will most likely hold off on the fries on my next visit. The staff has always been super friendly and the drink station is mostly always clean. I like that they have a little spout to refill water because the water is definitely needed after the long walks and excessive alcohol in Vegas haha. Also a plus so that you don't have to bother the workers while it's busy.

Nothing is better than a really good burger and fries. So instead of you spending time sweating over your grill in the summer. It's just best to come to shake shack, and be amazed on the burgers they have to offer. There's so many other interesting burgers, chicken sandwiches, and hotdogs that you can enjoy. ShackBurger- ordered two Pattie's with bacon. Burger was really juicy and bun super soft and chewy. Shacksauce to me was similar to thousand island dressing. Was a nice touch to the burger
